Lama chinese in West Patel Nagar serves the best momos in whole of the Patel Nagar. They make their own momos. The size of it is not same as found in other shops. We had chicken momos there and have been the shop's regular customer since we were in class 7th.
The soft and smooth outer covering is neither too thick nor too thin. It does not tastes like lumps of maida. The filling is perfect blend of chicken chunks and finely chopped onion and the spices are perfect for the taste buds.
Not only that, the red chatni served with it is perfectly spiced and would make you want to drink water but then the mayonnaise would stop the thirst, which is a little bit sweet and a little bit sour.
Vegetarian's out there, don't worry, they have separate kadhai's and utensils and everything for veg and non veg. So people, don't waste any time and go and taste the delicious goodness.
