Not so sweet chocolate day
Hey everyone,
Yesterday, our friends came saying that they got chocolates or that they gave chocolates. Well what do you expect on chocolate day? But we had other plans, we wanted to make this sweet chocolate day not so sweet by eating Stuffed golgappas from Jai Bhajrangi Chat Corner in West Patel Nagar market.
Our not so sweet experience was a mixture of tangy, sour and spicy. The golgappas were stuffed with bhallas which were soaked in curd and sprinkled with spices. Everything was topped with pomegranate seeds which also gave colour to the plate.
On putting a golgappa in mouth, it was a flavour explosion of sourness of curd, saltiness of bhallas and tanginess of spices. The golgappa gave a crunch to everything and the bhallas gave softness.
Overall we didn't miss any chocolates that day.
